Welcome to Shonaway Website. Shonaway has been my registered breeding kennel name in Australia since 1983. I have been breeding, showing and training dogs for over 30 years, having had Border Collies for all of those years. In 1988 I was given a nine month old pet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who stole my heart. Without further ado, I just had to have another to keep him company! That was my first brood bitch, which started my Cavalier breeding and showing career. After moving to the Far North Coast of New South Wales in Australia in 1988, I have been able to expand my love of dogs and have kennels on the two acres, where my husband and I live, although the Cavaliers are always in the house and all puppies are house reared. I have owned and bred all four colours and presently have Rubies, Tri colour and Blenheims. I have titled six Cavaliers, three of which were home bred. They are certainly easier to show than Border Collies or Clumber Spaniels (not so much running!!). My stud dogs are available to approved bitches and pups are available occassionally on order to fully checked and approved homes. Thank you for visiting my site. Please enjoy this lovely breed.
